These Terms of Service govern access to and use of HellPing, a Telegram bot and Telegram Mini App for streamers.

Use of the service

You may use HellPing to manage stream alerts, stream schedules, anonymous messages, community activities, analytics summaries and video publishing workflows. You are responsible for your Telegram account, connected channels, connected OAuth accounts, configured rewards and content you publish through HellPing.

Community points and predictions

HellPoints and custom channel points are internal, non-transferable engagement counters. They are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value or a financial instrument; they cannot be purchased from HellPing, withdrawn, transferred between users or exchanged for cash. Prediction Arena uses only these internal points and must not be used for real-money betting or gambling. Streamers are responsible for accurately describing and fulfilling custom rewards. HellPing may reverse or remove points, wagers, rewards or leaderboard entries affected by abuse, automation, fraud or a technical error.

Streamer and moderator responsibility

Streamers are responsible for configuring channels, appointing trusted moderators and reviewing anonymous or chat messages before showing, speaking or publishing them. Moderators and enabled automatic moderation actions act on behalf of the streamer. Automated classification can make mistakes and does not replace human judgment.

Content rules

You must not use HellPing to publish illegal, harmful, abusive, spammy or rights-infringing content. HellPing may block, reject or delete content that appears abusive or creates operational risk.

Third-party platforms

HellPing integrates with third-party services such as Telegram, Twitch, YouTube and TikTok. Those services have their own terms, policies, quotas and review requirements. HellPing is not responsible for third-party API outages, platform moderation decisions, account restrictions or changes to external APIs.

OAuth and publishing

When you connect an external platform through OAuth, you authorize HellPing to use the granted permissions for the requested feature, such as uploading a short video. You can disconnect integrations in the Mini App. You should connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Analytics

HellPing analytics are calculated from periodic samples and service events. They are provided for convenience and may differ from official analytics shown by Twitch, YouTube, TikTok or other platforms.

Chat automation and games

You may enable chat reading, moderation, AI Host, text-to-speech and virtual-point games only in channels you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for platform permissions, moderation decisions, spoken output and game configuration. HellPoints remain non-transferable internal counters and have no monetary value.

Plans and payments

HellPing offers Free, Starter, Pro and Demon plans. The current price, currency, billing period and included features are shown before payment. If the checkout information conflicts with an older marketing description, the checkout information controls. Payments are also subject to the selected provider's terms.

Telegram Stars

Digital subscriptions purchased inside the Telegram bot or Mini App are paid in Telegram Stars. A recurring Stars invoice authorizes Telegram to charge the displayed number of Stars for each billing period until auto-renewal is disabled. HellPing stores the Telegram charge identifier only for subscription management, reconciliation and refunds.

External SBP checkout

Where available, an SBP checkout is offered only on HellPing's external website and is processed by YooKassa. HellPing does not receive credentials for the payer's bank account. An automatic SBP renewal is enabled only where the checkout explicitly requests consent and YooKassa confirms that the payment method was saved for recurring payments.

Renewal and cancellation

A recurring subscription renews for the same billing period at the then-displayed price unless it is cancelled. You can disable auto-renewal in the Plan page. Cancellation normally stops future charges and access remains active until the end of the paid period. A provider outage or failed renewal may place the subscription into a temporary past-due state before access expires.

Refunds and payment support

Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and payment-provider rules. Contact @Hellpingstreambot and include your HellPing Telegram ID, payment date and plan. A full refund of the current paid period may end the subscription immediately. Partial refunds, chargebacks and provider-side reversals are recorded in the billing audit trail.

Seller information

Seller: not configured. Tax ID: not configured. Payment support: @Hellpingstreambot. Production billing is not enabled until these details are configured.

Availability and changes

HellPing is provided as-is. The service may be updated, interrupted or limited for maintenance, security, abuse prevention or platform compatibility reasons.

Termination

HellPing may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, violation of these Terms or misuse of third-party platform integrations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HellPing is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, missed posts, platform account issues or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
